Customer Recognition:
The codes used to identify the user / client are two:

A) the Username and
B) The Secret Password,

Every time the user / customer registers them he / she gains full access to his / her personal information. It is given the ability to change the secret password as often as desired. The only person who has access to his / her data is himself through the above codes and is solely responsible for maintaining his / her secrecy by third parties. If it is lost or leaked, it should notify us otherwise, otherwise we are not responsible for the use of the password by an unauthorized person. Our online store does not in any way disclose or disclose personal information and user / customer information. Personal data is used solely for the proper execution of transactions.

DELIVERY

Order Shipping

Shipping within Greece is accomplished by acs courier for Attica and with General Post Courier for the rest of Greece. Shipping to Cyprus and abroad is accomplished by Hellenic Post (ELTA). All of the products are secured while being transferred, in case of loss or damage occur. In this incident, we ship the same product of the order to our costumer, at our own expenses and we inform him of this incident by message.

Means of Shipping

1. Shipping to Europa by acs courier. Estimated delivery time: 2-10 days.

2. Shipping to the rest of Greece with General Post Office. Estimated delivery time: 2-10 days.

3. Receiving the order from collaborating shops in Athens and Piraeus, after informing us: no charge.

4. Shipping to Cyprus with Hellenic Post(ELTA) Estimated delivery time: 5-15 days.

5. Shipping abroad to any other country with Hellenic Post(ELTA) Estimated delivery time: 5-15 days.

Shipping Delay

There is a possibility that your order might be delayed for some of the reasons listed below:
1. The product shipment from our supplier is delaying.
2. The product you ordered is already abolished and not available.
3. In periods of extreme weather or strikes as well as in any acts of force majeure there is the possibility that the shipping of your order might be affected.
4. In case that is impossible to contact you by phone number or email (if some problem with your order occurs, having to do with the product or the payment of it) because the contact information that you have provided is inaccurate.

Shipping Time

Due to the fact that our jewels are handmade and are made in particular for each customer, delivery happens 2-15 days after the order receive. If there is a delay for reasons of force majeure (extreme weather, strikes) we bear no responsibility and we will inform you by message for the exact time of receipt.

The only exception being the month of August. Some august orders may be delayed or delivered the first fortnight of September.

a) Attica (with acs courier or Aegean Jewels courier):

1. Free Shipping: for all orders.

3. Receiving the order from collaborating shops in Athens and Piraeus after informing us, no charge.

b) Rest of Greece (with General Post Courier):

1. Free Shipping: for all orders

REFUNDS / CHANGES

Withdrawal

After receiving the product, the customer has the right of withdrawal under the conditions stipulated by the layout of consumer protection, namely fourteen (14) calendar days since receiving the product, returning the commodity in it’s initial condition. (The return costs are charged to the customer).

In that case, we are obliged to return within fourteen(14) calendar days since the withdrawal date, the payment given by the customer which is the worth of the product as well as the initial shipping costs(excluding any extra costs, if the customer had chosen a more expensive way of shipping than the normal, ex: express)
In the case that the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift also has to be returned, also in excellent condition as well as the forms that might accompany the gift.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
Withdrawal cannot be allowed and refund is not permitted:
1) For special orders (personal jewelry made according to customer’s specifications or clearly personalized, On a request of agreement – order).
2) When the products have been modified at their quest of the customer.
3) Damage caused by product opening or misuse of the product, the responsibility lies solely on the customer.

Defective product

Aegean Jewels is making every effort to send you quality products in excellent condition, carefully packs the products you have selected and thoroughly checks your entire order before it is sent to you.
However, if you receive a product in a defective condition or the product you have received does not correspond to the product you have ordered, you must immediately send us an email to info@aegeanjewels.com or contact us at 6949196320 describing the problem and, if possible, enclosing a photograph of the product.
In order for a refund to be accepted, the alleged as wrong or defective product must not be used and be in its original excellent condition.

We will immediately replace or refund you in your bank account.
Shipping costs for returning products to our online store are charged to us if our customer sends them with our network of shipments using our store: FIS courier for shipments within Attica, General Post Office for shipping within Greece outside of Attiki and ELTA courier for countries abroad.

If the product is accompanied by a gift, the gift must be returned along with the product, also in excellent condition as well as the forms accompany it.

Cancel an order

An order may be canceled in the following cases:
1. Before order completion, during the online ordering process you can automatically stop your order.
2. If the online order has been completed but the product has not yet been shipped within thirty (30) calendar days, you may contact us at the information found on the “Contact Us” page of this website and your order will be canceled by us.
